Welcome! Please post a photo of the E300. Your E-Class is 5 years old, and not covered by manufacturer's original warranty. Did you pay for an extended warranty or a CPO policy?

When I bought it I bought a warranty I’m not sure if it’s extended but my contract says it covers electrical work , my cluster is out an I’ve been told wires have a short , but Mercedes’ can’t look at it til next week hoping this warranty covers me

So my coverage covers all electrical ,including my instrument cluster which is out and I was told it’s Out because my wire harness has a short . But the wire harness specifically is not under electrical . However I do see wire harness in the mobility section but I don’t have mobility (wheelchair ) connection . So I don’t have mobility coverage . So now I’m confused . I would copy an paste but it’s so long .

You need to call the warranty company. Or copy-paste the documentation here and others with experience with this warranty company may be able to help you.
