This is an invalid VIN #. The check digit (pos. 9) doesn't calculate, and I can't find the model code (ZF0E) in the NICB VIN manual for 2022 & 2021 (unless it's a brand new model introduced in 2023, otherwise it's probably the same model code as it would've been in 2022.)
Since the check digit doesn't calculate can confidently say the VIN is invalid anyway. I think this is a copy of the Mercedes "working VIN" and not a real VIN. Can you try to get the real VIN from wherever you sourced this? The rest of the VIN looks normal to me, but I suspect the main problem is the wrong model code? But who knows, could be more than just that.
EDIT: Er, maybe it is a valid model code? NICB covers North America, so maybe I just don't have it listed in there, but either way check digit doesn't validate.
EDIT: He made a typo in the OP. The pic below shows the correct checksum digit as '2'. It is findable in mb.vin which is what he was looking for.

The European VIN is valid. It won't be in a North American database and it won't validate on a North American decoder. The car was produced at the Sindelfingen plant for Euro markets.

The VIN decode was already posted. There are other free sites that many have more information but it is doubtful. Have you tried Euro sites such as vindecoder.eu (€9.36) that charge for their reports?
**** my bad, I didn't' realize the checksum digit was different for European. Yeah the VIN Decoder is one thing but he was asking about the ones you can pull all the build options from the db. I tried looking it up on mb.vin but it errored out, but BenzNinja was able to pull it. Sorry about that.
EDIT: The checksum digit I copied was '8' but the pic says '2', so it is valid, I copied a typo I guess.
