I was driving my car around on sport mode when turning off my car I heard a squeak like a valve not closing or operating properly. Just got the call that my exhaust valve is seized.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Exactly what happened to me: When I turned off the car, there was a loud "screech": (did not happen in auto/stop mode)

Dealer tried to lubricate the valve, but did not work. Had to replace the exhaust system which was covered under my extended warranty.

Interesting I drive in Econo mode.
