I may be one of the few people that use the weather function on comand. It worked great until this morning. The screen is garbled and won’t do anything more. I tried doing a hard reset using the power button but no good. I scanned but no codes came up.
E-Class .. Radio "Weather" feature .... Subscription???
Has the service "Mercedes Connect" expired? The audio system "weather feature" is made possible by the Mercedes Connect subscription; at least with our '23 E450 Wagon. Mercedes USA recently contacted us providing a heads-up to the 1-year expiration of the Mercedes Connect subscription; Feb/2024 .. The Weather feature is part of Mercedes Connect.

Something is screwed up at the Mercedes server. I noticed the same issue last night and I’ve never had a problem with the weather function. Not the car it’s gotta be the mb server.
