2016 E350 Backup Camera not engaging
I recently had brake pads changed on my 2016 E350. After the service, the backup camera is no longer engaging in reverse. I have tried rattling the camera itself which I saw elsewhere but had no luck. I wanted to check engage on reverse setting. However, when I tried following guides online like holding end # 1 or end * 6 neither pulled up the engineering settings on the car. I will post correspondence with the service shop at the bottom of this post. It seems strange that this happened right after the service. Any input on possible issues and how to pull up engineering settings would be greatly appreciated.

In my previous experience when the auxiliary battery is 3 years or older it's starts doing weird things like that. It should always be replaced together with the main battery and it's hard to find/test it because it's hidden. We would need some time to check and verify if that is the issue and is not the module but usually to replace both batteries on your car is $485.93
