Rear axle fluid change -- how often?

Rear axle fluid change -- how often?
My E400 4matic wagon is a little over 6 years old with 36k miles on it. Should I change the rear axle/differential fluid now?

According to the service interval sheet I have, you're supposed to change the differential fluid every three years/30,000 miles using AP3500-P-3501CMH fluid for electonic differentials. I don't know how much fluid to buy and from where. I suppose I could always buy the fluid from an MB parts counter. Does anyone know how much fluid I'll need?
