I can monitor afr and ign advance but it doesn't have a p.i.d. for knock sensors or retard amount. I don't notice it pulling any timing though when I record logs and do a WOT run.

Sorry to derail your thread OP! Hope to hear the results of the TCU tune soon.

I ran this tune for about 10k miles on 93 octane and it was excellent, zero issues. Last summer, after installing downpipes and an intercooler, I expected gains, but surprisingly saw no improvement in 0–60 or quarter-mile times. Crazy, right?
Chasing more power, I switched to the ECC Stage 1 tune (460 hp / 490 ft-lb) and had them turn it up a bit to account for the bolt-ons. The car felt strong and drove great, but with the new tune I could no longer do hard launches, the transmission would immediately cut power.
That led me to get the TCU tune. Launches are now about as good as they’ll get without launch control (still a slight split-second lag off the line), and it pulls hard all the way through. Unfortunately, even with all of that, my 0–60 and quarter-mile times still haven’t improved.

The last missing piece is likely the CPC cutting power. I’ll probably have that tuned down the road, but it’s expensive, so I’m not rushing into it. I’ve got an intercooler chiller sitting under my bed that needs to go in first. Unfortunately, I just haven’t had the time to install it yet. My intake temps are still pretty bad, even after adding two auxiliary cooling radiators, upgrading the pump, and increasing total cooling capacity by about 4 liters. When I do install the chiller, I’ll be separating the transmission and intercooler into their own dedicated loops, then advancing the timing to take advantage of what should be near-zero intake temps.

Increased Cooling Capacity.

2x aux rads, ss tanks for 4L coolant volume increase high flow bosh pump.... still heat soaks like crazy. Intake temps are amazing on the highway now but thats about it... with that trans cooler in the loop its *** juice.

Sorry to hear after all that work the car did not go any quicker.I want to thank you for the information on Dudmd. After having problems with Jb4 including car having to be towed because it would not start with Jb4. Did get my money back. I had the Dudmb tune installed. 0.3 quicker than Jb4 . Best 0-60 so far is 4.16 on my 2018 E400 sedan
Temp was 35F which helped.

Good call on DUDMD; his tunes are solid and the pricing is tough to beat. I likely would’ve stayed with him if he offered TCU and CPC support.

After a smoke test, I managed to track down and fix a boost leak in the charge pipe, replaced a leaking PCV, fixed the vacuum pump check valve, and swapped the boost controller. My 0–60 is down to 3.7s now, but I’m still chasing some missing boost. I’m also dealing with a bank imbalance. The CTS race cats have a poor fit (02 downstream sensor doesn't clear the axle), so I’m running a spacer on the sensor just to make it work so it reads a bit rich. I have it tuned out so the cats dont throw a light but it still returns voltage so it messes up my long term trims on that side. That being said based on air volume calculations its pushing 525hp at the crank.

That is great you got a lot of it figured out and are moving forward! 3.7 0- 60 should put you into an 11 second qtr mile.
