Hello, what places offer remote coding or does anyone here know how to do coding...

What I am looking for:

Updating my digital full dash to read my correct mileage
-adding amg cluster
-adding the additional dual ambient light setting
-allowing to remember auto/ start/stop setting
-changing my dash temp form c to F
-updating my tire pressure from kpa to PSI
