Smile Back To Benz | E450 Suggestioms Needed

Happy Father’s Day to all your dads out there.

after a few short years away, Mercedes-Benz, I scaled back and went non-AMG. I got a great deal on a 2023 E450 sedan. I’m looking for suggestions on cosmetic and performance upgrades to the vehicle so that I can get a bit more enjoyment out of the car.

Performance upgrades: I am open to a simple tune that does not require any serious modifications to the engine, along with basic bolt-on mods.
Cosmetic: I am having a hard time finding kits/lips for a non-AMG sedan, so if you can recommend kits or parts, I would be greatly appreciated.
Suspension: Looking for anywhere between 3/4 to one and a quarter inch drop while maintaining integrity of the ride.

Thank you all and happy to be back in the forum.

Modifications to the engine will void your warranty.

Eurocharged has an ecu tune for like. $1200 that claims to add about 100bhp and almost same amount of torque. Check their site or find a local installer. I found one in my local area and he quoted me exact same. I am waiting until my current CPO warranty expires before pulling the trigger.

If a fan, you can bolt on the AMG (Panamericana) grille and an E53 AMG rear diffuser and tips. I have both of these on mine (see pics). Car looks much better (in my eyes, at least) and it gets looks and complements (not that it matters). I love the slight updates I made, as long as done tastefully is my mod mantra. I bought my E53 diffuser and tips from autunik and the Panamericana from the bay of e’s

Best to get a c/o and dial in to whatever ride height of your choice. Best simple solution if lowering.

Thank you all and happy to be back in the forum.
Welcome back, and good luck.

thank you! Any chance you can PM the link for the grill? I’m assuming it had the cutout for the camera?!

love the e53 rear. My last Benz was a ‘22 e53 and I loved it. Should have never gotten rid of it.

Have you seen any coilovers that have had good reviews?

2020 E53 AMG
The Eurocharged tunes are interesting. The 450 stage 1 tune pushes to 480hp/528 lb ft (+118/+159 lb ft) whereas the E53 tune goes to 490hp/461 lb ft (+61/+77).

Anybody speculate as to why?
