Anyone else without sound in the 2017 W213? My sound died completely, no radio sound, bluetooth, telephone, nothing!!! The image, GPS and everything else works perfectly, but without sound!! I went to Mercedes and after a day of research the diagnosis was to put in a new head unit!! Almost €3,500 😩 Has anyone had the same problem? How did you solve it? Thanks
I'm pretty curious why they haven't considered reinstalling the software/operating system. I had a bunch of stuff vanish on me and a reinstall cleared it up (on warranty I may add).
Not sure if Benz-ninja can handle this remotely but if they won't justify not reinstalling the software I'd look into that before a head-unit install, with a dealer offering that solution I'd probably be done with them honestly.
