Hi All,
Sometimes when I call a number and am instructed to enter extension number, the call doesn't respond. This happens only with specific contacts. Any way to solve this?

If I may, if you are required to enter an extension #, e.g. 247 on the display keyboard, entering that # doesn't do anything, you just can't get to the party you're trying to get to. This happens with only certain phone numbers, others, the entered ext. works.
