I have recently bought this fabulous E300de (hybrid plugin). Love the car.

Since a few days when i push the start button and put the car in Drive, the engine turns on immediately. Even to stop the engine a few seconds later because I am using the battery to drive/manouvre. If I am not mistaken, the car in the last few months (summer) has always only ignited the engine if the batterypower was not sufficient. Or in other words, while pushing the start button and putting the car in Drive, the engine remained turned off because it was using the battery.

It this a setting that I unconciously changed? Is the cold weather influencing this?
