As my translator, the Faut Code is about cooler bypass switchover valve, and this is just a simple switch/flap, not the EGR.

Now I just realized that the Fault Code is electrical, so this Vacuum Cell is actuated via a hose by an electrical valve behind the soundproofing upstream Poly-V belt.
But, I would start from the vacuum cell to check if there is oil marks...as this engine has some very big troubles with the oil/vacuum tandem pump.
Or, my sincere advice for you is to use an official MB workshop as this need a lot of knowledge and sometimes all repairs can be free...

The issue is the car is imported from Korea to uae and here i don't think they will accept anything however finding the right guy for this job in uae is also a challenge.
I dont feel any power loss or anything it's just there and 1 question come to my mind is that can this cause engine vibration at idle
And if i am not wrong to access this i have take out the engine or remove the complete frontend
