W213 analog+12.3" to widescreen retrofit
Hello,
New to MBworld forum and to Mercedes brand. Recently bought a nice w213, but would like to upgrade some stuff on it.
Saw there is a possibility to upgrade instrument cluster to widescreen. As the title says I have analog dials with 12.3" infotainment screen, but would like to upgrade to two screens or as they call it widescreen. I saw some used screens, some new(?) in China.
My question is how hard is it to upgrade to the widescreen, and what exactly do I need. I have previous knowledge of retrofiting stuff to cars, been a VW guy for years, old and new platforms, but I am new to Mercedes. Could someone guide me or help me. Cheers to yall.
