That is a very strange issue. Have you tried simply resetting it in the workshop menu and not XENTRY?

As you can read in your Photos, there is 4 maintenance out of 47. Maybe the translation from German to French is wrong about the ' full' or maybe the most important text is the one related with "not configured".
