w213 after free service ,what would you do?

I bought a cpo a few months ago. Coming up on 3 yrs, 30K service (miles not $!!) In a few months, but I will have under 20k. Initially I thought that's easy, go to My local indy guy and save some money. But now I think 'I have goodwill from the day this car was first sold. Keep it going another year, i have two years left on waranty, and more on cpo, that way if I have a problem, waranty or otherwise, they see me as loyal customer (future sucker) and I will be sure to get good treatment' is that true, or is spending a few hundred more not additional goodwill insurance but a sure sign of suckerness.

Yes they did the work under the pre-paid maintenance plan for no charge, then the dealer wanted me to pay a second time. I do not know if MB agreed to pay them or not - nor was that my concern.
All I knew is that having paid once in advance, there was no way I was going to pay a second time.
Needless to say, if in the future I trade my Mercedes for another, I will not under any circumstances take the pre-paid service plan.
