Problem with boost pressure
Hello,
I'm new member on forum. I use E220d from 2019 with OM 654.920 engine. Recently I had problem with turbocharger. During accelerate turbocharger was noisy like whistle. During check the turbocharger it had around 1.5mm loose in axial direction. I decided to replace turbocharger. After replacing and adaptation process on new one I noticed an issue. The faults are: Turbocharger 1, boost pressure too high. Turbo boost pressure sensor circuit, signal outside low limit. Discontinuous. Could You give me an advice what is the problem?

Update:After replace turbocharger I rode 3500km. Boost overpressure still occur (P023485). Turbo now is noisy during accelerate. Sound is like vacum. I did a test with turbo actuator. Engine arround 800 rpm and set actuator to 0% and 100%. When turbo rotates faster, the noise appear. What do You Think? Is the turbo brooken? Maybe regeneration was made incorectly.

Since the turbo gate is controlled with a module, you need to look at it to make sure if it plug in and also look at the plug to make sure there is no damage to the plug or wires.
