Faults

Hello there, does anyone ever experience faults about lights or malfunctions with the w213 E63s?

its been few months that Mercedes is trying to understand what’s going wrong or what’s causing this. I get low beam light to start with then steering inoperative right side multifunction wipers go off on its own by no reason.

mercedes technician already changed the SAM unit control which he thought it would do the problem but nothing.
they can’t even read the faults through OBD reader they just go away when shut off the vehicle.
Also all the lights work etc even though the alarms but sometimes the right side of the door panel won’t respond to commands etc.

i tried to attach the video with all the faults it is too big size so I took pictures of all the faults am getting to see if anyone know something.

You need to check to make sure the lights have no leaks or problems with plugs connected to the headlights. If you car is under warranty, I would bring it to Benz right away before further damage is caused. One of the problems with LED lights from ALL automotive manufactures is that the head lights create heat and because of this each light has a fan and vents. Condensation can build up and over time cause damage to the lower module under the headlights. MB solution is to install a desiccant cage into the headlights and add a desiccant package to help reduce the amount of condensation however the head lights will need to be serviced to make sure the desiccant are not full or they will damage the headlights. The bottom module on the headlight is the main module connected to the SAM and such if it goes faulty, the lights will not turn back on.

Let me add that if they can not connected to the OBD, there is a possible problem in CAMBUS signal. You don't need a mechanic, you need and electrical mechanic.

no leak in the headlights no condensation. Everything works normally just the alarms.
besides the right panels on the passenger sides shuts down everything else work.

SAM unit is been changed but the alarms are still there.
mercedes is able to read the obd but they can’t see the alarms.
