2022 vs. 2023 E350 4Matic

Good evening everyone -- I am looking to buy a new(er) E class. My 2018 is approaching 100k miles, and while the car has been perfectly maintained, and it's running well -- it is now out of all warranties -- and I'd like to at least get some money out of it, and buy something newer. I found two 2022 E350 4Matics and one 2023 E350 4Matic. All three are between 20k and 30k, all three are CPO and are at MB dealers.

Any major differences between the two MY's, or any major problems with one year as opposed to the other? Thanks in advance!

Some 22"s are a year and a half newer than an early production 21.

My 2021 has these annoyances - focus test them:
1. Downshift jerk 3>2 when cold - only on slight hill incline.
2. Fussy touch pads - arrow misfires, must press in exact center of button, ..
