Front Suspension the same between Wagon and Sedan?

Front Suspension the same between Wagon and Sedan?
Are the front strut/spring assemblies the same on a a non-airbody control car (steel suspension)?
My old wagon I had installed the H&R Springs, and despite it achieving the promised drop in ride height, it was still a bit too high in the front.
For my new wagon, I want to drop it lower with a set of decent coilovers, however, like for many things, the wagon is not quite popular with the aftermarket scene. I have reached out to a few coilovers but they blanket say they don't carry anything for the S213.
However, what are the actual differences, if any between the sedan and the wagon as far as the front suspension?

As far as I know they are the same. This should help with lowering/coilovers

I had about a 4 finger gap before when I put the 19's and then after the H&R Springs after they settled, it was 2 -2.5 finger gap. The problem is I had the Sport Suspension on the white wagon, and on my new wagon I have the same, so I don't think the difference is that drastic. The rear links were adjusted to what the front settled down to.

I am going to be comparing schematics from a company called Silvers to the factory measurements for the mounting points, and hopefully it'll work. WIll be a nice solution.

2019 E450 Wagon
I have an 2019 e450 wagon with the amg sport pkg. I installed the H&R intitially and it wasn't enough. I did email CEIKA directly and was able to acquire the coilovers for the front only. I retained the lowering links for the air sensors in the back from the H&R kit. The CEIKA's have a great ride quality and the adjustable dampening is appreciated. Dialing in the ride height is a breeze now. I do wish I had told CEIKA I did not want the anodized blue bits as I think it looks tacky. IIRC there's a fellow on a Facebook mbz group selling a set.
