Thumping noise between 60–80 km/h
I recently changed my 2022 w213 Tyres to a new Michelln Pilot sport 5, same as original size, front 245/40 ZR R19 and rear 275/35 ZR R19 all are produced during November 2025 (tubeless not RFT) and i did balancing and alignment afterwards.
Since then, I hear a rhythmic thumping noise between 60–80 km/h.
It gets quieter when I brake, and it becomes clearer when I turn the steering wheel to the right side.
I have had the pressure rechecked at multiple shops and TPMS shows it’s ok as well, however not sure what this sound is and whether it was there before changing the tyres or not specially that i don’t hear it unless all windows are closed and no music or any noise around.
Any ideas what to check and how?

i don’t feel any vibrations at all, is is still possible to be a balancing issue?

I will recheck balancing and see if any of them has significant weight.

I went to the tyre shop today, did rechecked balancing on a road force machine and switched front tyres.
Then I went for a quick ride and unfortunately didn’t notice any improvement
