I also wash mine in a similar manner, when it comes to drying, I use a Ryobi 18v One+ HP compact blower (with a 6amp battery), to dry the car. Since the car is ceramic coated, the blower removes 99% of the water, including in all the places that water tends to hide, For remaining water I use a towel.
Unless ,we have a Panamericana grill ( I think it's called that way : full vertical grill slats with a big Mercedes-Benz logo ) I would prefer traditional chrome grill over Sport version .

I am from Australia and ordered the grille from my dealer. They were surprised that there was not a block on the order. I reckon it is because the Executive grille is available now for the E200 (oddly, not for the E300!)
They installed the grille for me today. They also said they calibrated the camera and everything work as they should. I have been driving around a bit and seems everything is fine.

One other question. Did your car come with the chrome trim stripes in the lower corners of your front bumper in front of the tires? I've seen some cars with them, but only in other markets outside of the US.

If they had paired it with the much more attractive AMG sport package I bet that wouldn't have been the case
