The wood center console is a manufacturer option. You may be able to order just the needed parts and install it yourself. The ones you have seen in pictures were factory options for 2024+ models.
How does it compare to the E63? The new AT and 2021+ E63 wagon are both on my short list.
Pros: quieter inside (less road noise), tech is better (wireless CarPlay, larger screen etc), 48V mild hybrid allows to AC work while is engine is shut down (auto start/stop), suspension handles crappy pavement better, less power means I'm less likely to do stupid stuff on the road.
Cons: seating position is higher, quite a lot of body roll in corners so you can't throw the car around as much, less power and the engine doesn't sound great. also really missing the multi contour seats (the option wasn't on the DOG).

Do you mind telling what the cost was for the PPF and tint? I just got a quote for $8500 USD for full body PPF. Plus another $650 for window tint on sides and rear. I'm going to get a quote from another place, but wondering if yours was similar in cost. I would think it's more expensive for a wagon.

basically the same price, a little more for tint as I did the windshield too and an extra for ceramic coating
I love it too. Unfortunately, the two green MB's I've owned met untimely deaths (murdered?) a few months from new. My wife won't let me buy another green car either.
Same like the Verde Green as well but like two colors more. My number one is Patagonia Red, which I think would look awesome on a wagon and my second choice is the Sonoran Brown. I've seen a few pics of the brown and it looks really nice on the vehicle.
Supply & demand. Yellow is the top for retaining value. They are rare indeed. Vehicle colors that depreciate more quickly and have lower resale value are white and silver.

That might explain it, if there are too many so it depreciate/not as appreciated as compared to other colours.. (too much supply), supply greater than demand.
That said, silver fits the classy MB character very well.
