Tires choices

In the order guide for the 2025 E class wagon, for the 19" wheels, they list two options for tires: R02 (All-Season) and R66 (Run-flat). The tire size is 255/45 R 19 front and rear (different from the sedan 19" option that has narrower tires on the front and wider tires on the rear).

Need to decide what I want so I can update my wagon order before it is locked... can anyone give the tire models Mercedes is using for these two options?

(Or a photo of the tire sidewall if that's easier.)

Thanks!

From viewing photos of cars for sale on dealer websites, the R02 (All-Season) option for the wagon uses this tire:

Ventus S1 noble2 H452 - Ventus | Hankook Tire US

Well, the "MOE" variant of that tire.

And this is used as the 19" R66 (Run-flat) tires... although cant' find it on the Bridgestone web site, here is a link to TireRack:

Bridgestone Turanza LS100 RFT | 255/45R19 | Tire Rack

I'm looking the 19" options, but I think this is the 20" R01 (Summer) option:

I believe the staggered option is only available in 20" non runflats. !9" are the same size all around.

I just checked and you are correct. The two 20" options have one staggered and another... straight (is that the right term?) The 19's are the same all around.

RVO - 20" AMG Cross-Spoke Wheels 20" R01 (Summer) 255/40 R20 on 9.0J x 20 ET32 wheels (front) and 285/35 R20 on 10.0J x 20 ET48.1 wheels (rear)
RVU - 20" AMG Cross-Spoke Wheels 20" R01 (Summer) 255/40 R 20 on 9.0J x 20 ET32 wheels

Both with the same style rims. Funny, I had previously wondered what the difference was between those two since the rims look identical... didn't notice that one was staggered.

IIWY, I would go with the 20" square (not staggered) non runflat option. Staggered setups can't be rotated, and many shops won't repair runflats. Also, the tire selection in 20" is much better than 19" when you shop for a new set.
