Striking new features on Head Up Display for W214 All Terrain

I did not know there were extra features for the Head Up Display on the W214 All Terrain and I've not seen postings on this topic. It seems like I find something new everyday in my W214. My previous W213 Wagon had Head Up Display, but without the all features on the W214 (or maybe I did not see them!). I took some photos of the different Head Up Display options. The Head Up Display looks better in person than on the photos, but you'll get the idea. All of the options are available by going into the Head Up Display settings via the buttons on the steering wheel.
  • There's a "minimal" setting where only the vehicle's speed is show (W213 had that too)
  • The a Sport view which is like the Sport setting for the Driver Display and it includes RPM information on the Head Up Display. One does not need to have the Sport Driver Display called up in order to use the Sport Head Up Display setting
  • There's the classic view which has speed, speed limit sign and steering wheel info
  • There's now and Off Road Head Up display setting which shows, right on the windshield, the off road info. One does not need to be in Off Road mode to have this setting chosen for the Head Up Display
  • Some of the photos show brackets and the bracket are only there when one is in settings. Once one chooses a screen, the brackets go away
Pretty interesting stuff for me and I hope for you, too. Photos below.
