I know the S class has a pillow headrest but it looks like in certain markets, the W214 also comes with a pillow headrest. Notably the LWB version in India gets both front and rear pillow headrests.
Any chance we can retrofit these on our US W214's? I'm less concerned about the front seat but my wife mentioned the back seat headrest wasn't as comfortable when we had family over and she had to sit in the back.

That is a very different car than the E-Class in the US. I'm jealous. Wonder if the pillows can be ordered from India.
I can't imagine the parts are that different between the LWB versions in Asian markets and the W214 for the US. I wonder if we can order and change it ourselves. I'm also wondering if the S class part would fit since it's just the headrest.
