My issues got solved with a software update. Note - I am in a GLC300 so I have MBUX 3 which is different than E class I think? Now all I do is press the current SXM channel playing, and the favorites show up below that in an expanded window. Click on your saved favorite and its all good. In the old days these "favorites" were called radio presets and it made so much more sense.

spyked, could you tell us what software version you now have? If you go to settings, system, and scroll down to software you will see the SW version. Thanks

I have a GLC 300 as well. I got a software update just a few days after I bought the car (Feb 2025). Before the update no radio stations would save as favorites. Now the AM/FM save in favorites and Sirius save in the Sirius favorites but you can't scroll from one to another using the steering wheel since it defaults to all Sirius stations. My sales guy told me to use my phone to access Sirius radio but that seems like a ridiculous solution. Why can't I scroll between all favorites Sirius Am/FM using the steering wheel? It is too distracting to change stations while driving by going to home screen and hitting the 3 lines to get the Sirius favs to pop up again. I love my car but this issue makes me think I made the wrong decision when I picked it over the Audi.

Sure, they installed E270.1-5683 for me. Not bug-free, but way better than the E262.3-4975 that the car came with last Fall.
