iPhone audio
New 2025 E300de owner here. Really liking the car (previously had a W213 and W213 F/L) but there is one thing that is causing a bit of annoyance! I use a tethered iPhone for internet access for Tidal streaming, etc. and for bluetooth phone calls. Everything works OK. However, if I am listening to FM radio and I open my iPhone (when vehicle stopped!), the car's audio source automatically switches over to the iPhone. I can accept that the audio should switch over if a phone call is detected but should it do it whenever any app that has audio is opened (e.g. Facebook)? This is proving to be very annoying to passengers who may be listening to something on the radio when I go to check something on my phone. Is there a setting to prevent this that I have missed?
