Active parking assist, remote parking not working

Does anyone know why Active Parking Assist isn't working on my car? The car is only three days old – it's an E53 S214. I’m seeing an error icon, and I get the same error message for both Active Parking Assist and Parking Route Recording. The Remote Parking App also won’t connect to the car. The dealer suggested on thé phone it might be due to the location, but with my new GLC – same location, same phone, same Mercedes me app, Android Auto, etc. – everything worked perfectly. I’ve tested it in multiple other places as well, but I always get the same message:“Active Parking Assist not available. See owner’s manual.” I’ve also cleaned all sensors and cameras several times. Just to clarify: the photos were taken while the car was stationary, only to capture the error message. I know the system doesn’t activate while parked – that’s not the issue here. The dealer is quite busy at the moment and doesn’t know the exact cause yet. Honestly, I’d prefer going back to the dealer with a known solution, rather than leaving the car with them for several days while they try to figure it out.
