Looking for Lemon car lawyer in Illinois
I got a brand new 2025 E350 in November 2024. It has given me nothing but problems and issues. Already gave it to the dealer for warranty repair 6-7 times.
I asked MB Customer Support to declare the car a lemon and get me a new car but, so far, they are refusing.
Can someone please recommend a good lemon car lawyer in Illinois?
Thank you,
Izzy

- Reasonable Repair Attempts:
Generally, four or more attempts to repair the same nonconformity are considered a reasonable number of attempts. Alternatively, if the vehicle has been out of service for a total of 30 or more business days due to repairs within the first year, it may also qualify as a lemon.
- Coverage:
The law applies to new cars, light trucks, and vans (under 8,000 pounds) and certain recreational vehicles, purchased or leased in Illinois. - Time Limit:
The defect must be reported within the first 12 months or 12,000 miles of ownership, whichever comes first.
