Click when braking
Has anyone else dealt with a pesky "click" sound coming from the rear wheels when you hit the brakes? I swear, it's like my car is trying to communicate with me in Morse code, and all it's saying is "Annoying!"

I get this pop from the roof area. I think it’s because heat expands something and then I drive over an uneven bump or into a driveway and the slight twisting the chassis makes something pop. Just my guess, but technically have no idea what it is. Anyone else have something like this happen(ing) to them?

I've not had clicking or anything noted by others, however, I do, on occasion - three times now over the last 3 weeks or so, experience very jerky/lurching braking. I've lifted off the pedal briefly and applied more aggressively and this resolves it, but it does cause harder than required braking in a light, slow down situation.

I too heard this on my E450AT and when I had the exact loaner from the dealer it was the same. I happened to find the answer on another thread. The noise is the rear camera. Because it is hidden (behind the emblem I think) it opens upon braking to potentially record accidents along when the car is in reverse.
