Building the E53 @MBUSA

Does anyone know why we cannot currently build or explore the E53 @MBUSA?
The only models currently available are the 350, 450, and 450 4Matic.

my guess is that this has to do with them switching the website over to the 2026 models.

Have you tried calling or emailing MBUSA to ask them? My guess is the same as others, which is that they are updating the page for the 2026 model. If they are, they are taking a long time from a pure software perspective. I've done whole web site refreshes in the past and most do not even require taking content down. The times that it does, it's only down for time it takes to complete the update which is not normally more than a few hours and more often just a few minutes. Either they have very poor change management in place or there are some non-technical reasons they need it down for the time being.

The mbusa site is notoriously terrible. Not uncommon for new models to be absent until after the calendar year starts.

When I call or email MBUSA, I always want to reconsider. They often don't respond, and when they do, their answers are usually vague and late.
I've found that using the Forum is a much better option.
A friend of mine was interested in the car, and I wanted to help by sending him the link, but MBUSA's website was disappointing.

agree 100%. The days of calling a company and speaking to a knowledgeable, intelligent, human are over. You are far better off here.

I completely agree, however we are often just as much in the dark on these types of things. Oftentimes we are just speculating. 🤔
