That means with one simple original upgrade, you can transform the rear end – just like we did with this car using a genuine E53 diffuser and quad exhaust tips.
Here's the catch though: basic models like the E200 have downward-facing exhaust pipes , while the E53's tips are straight and rear-exiting. When we tried fitting the E53 setup, the original pipes were slightly in the way.
The fix? We custom-welded a short extension pipe to redirect the flow backward. It’s a small tweak, but it makes the installation clean, functional, and totally original looking.
