Are you guys changing injectors and cooling or just throwing on the pulley? And Shardul any plans on a 80 or any other sized clutched pulley?

Did you dyno tune?
How was your A/F looking
I always thought we needed bigger injectors for the 180mm
If i can just throw on the 77mm without injectors ill go that route instead of a custom 80mm

Looked pretty good afr was in the mid to low 11's and would dip into the 10's after 5200rpm probably to cool things down at the top of the runs which I hear is normal? I'm running a eurocharged box tune btw.

Just surprised that the 77mm didn't cross you into 500hp
Do you have headers or tb?

Kleeman headers and stock tb, still have factory secondary cats and resonator. I know I wish I would have cracked 500whp also but I'm close😃. I expected lower numbers anyway so I'm pretty happy with the car thus far. I think I'll be able to break into 500 with some additional cooling mods.

Can the stock/OEM belt be used with this 77mm pulley or would a shorter belt better? Can't install the BWK for awhile.

Yes there is =) Cyclone1 on mbclub.co.uk posted the dyno test.

The power and torque figures at the wheels were as follows (flywheel in brackets);

1) Stock - 423.7bhp / 475lb/ft (500 / 561)
2) 83mm -480.5bhp / 532.66lb/ft (567 / 629) (X pipe fitted in place of secondary cats and resonator removed)
3) 77mm -509.3bhp / 596.80lb/ft (601 / 704) (X pipe fitted in place of secondary cats and resonator removed)

Currently running a 168 CP. And original small SC pulley, which has been great btw! I have trunk tank, exhaust mods and 550cc injectors. Am I safe to run this with a 168 CP?

Hi Shardul,

What are the recommended supporting mods for running the 77mm SC Pulley...reliably.

Thx.

Shardul,

I upgraded my HE to a PLM one along with the Bosch IC pump. I also installed your BWK. Can I run this pulley safely on this car and if so, what kind of gains should I expect?

shardul, im interested in the 77mm supercharge pulley, i understand that i would need also a heat exchanger upgrade and a i/c pump upgrade also .
but I'm still little bit confused, what is better, a crack pulley or a supercharger pulley? beside the fact the sc pulley is easier to install.

i was waiting for a clutched pulley since I do not feel very safe using a fixed pulley, maybe is my ignorance, but i feel that if the clutch is there is for a reason .

now, the car must be tuned, and here is the dilemma, i almost buy the eurocharge package because they offer unlimited reprogram, if i decide to purchase this package from you for example, how can i deal with the edu for future upgrades?

thanks
