So you used safely both a smaller S/C pulley with the larger cramk pullies? Any issues?

yes it will fit all Kleemann SCs.

No issues but the AMS Crank Pulley is not much larger but much lighter.

So what is the regular boost that the SC pushes out? Would I need a new serpentine belt? Would I need to do any reprogramming? Sorry for all the questions.

Regular SC yields 5-7 lbs of boost. At 12lbs you should reprogram but Vadim @ VRP Tuning can do it for a few hundred I think. A new belt would be required and costs about $30-40. BUT you will gain possibly 80+bhp from this simple mod.

Thanks for all your help with my questions. I don't think I can do this since I live on the other side of the country in Maine. The tuning thing in CA would be the problem.

Is this for the Kleemann sc or AMG charger? You ran 12PSI without any problems???

According to Vadim and George, it ran fine but it sure make a sharp whirling jet sound. They still advised against it in the long rung unless I lower the CR.

I am also plannning on going the 8-rib route when the CR is lowered to prevent belt shredding.

Somebody snatched this pulley in a heartbeat for $250 shipped.
