I believe it will work for any Mercedes 2000-2007.

The AMG version is not quite as aggressive as the Non AMG for the simple reason that the AMG vehicles generally have more power, thus not needing as aggressive of a throttle map.

I have had a couple interested.... No one wants this???

It does make a nice difference guys... I have sold my C55 and need to sell this...
