I have a set of drop in K&N air filters. they were used for about 200miles roughly. I ended up making a custom intake. 2006 c230 2.5L V6 M272 engine... $90 shipped

I have the same car. Out of curiosity did you feel any more 'pep' with the filters? Or is it just a maintanence mod?

More of a maintenance , in my opinion...its obviously alot freeier flowing filter then stock , but because our air intake is so poorly designed , the air has rough time traveling through a maze of turns and small obstacles ascending from walls of the passage. Maybe while driving the "ram air" helps it a bit more, but thats when i stop complementing.
