Car ran great and my friend floored the car in first gear not knowing that it was in first gear. car then ran bad immediately after that happened. We had the computer read it states intermittent misfiring on cylinder 5,6,7 & 8. This car will randomly run good then misfires on one side of the motor and will have hardly any power. This is to much of a coincidence for this to be all 4 individual coils. What controls the firing of those coils? Or am I over looking something... Please help asap!
If this car misfires on 1 cylinder, can it cause the other 3 on that side of the motor to misfire?
