Been looking for almost a year now too and nothing comes up, cheapest I found is Carbonio airbox for $1700...

The Carbonio stuff is high-quality, as well. Their newer 63 AMG airboxes seem better, as well. (actual carbon, rather than carbon over fiberglass)
