I think there is 3 pairs of headers for sale and you guys all got this mixed up.I paid sergio the day he put them up for sale and got them like 2 days later.I already had a tracking number coming to my house when efifty was posting in the thread that they were his.
I was like funny because I already paid and had the tracking number.
there was another guy that pm me at the same time trying to sell his set to me and then another set went for sale also.
and I told e fifty 5 that I already had them way before he sent payment(if he even sent payment)because he was asking me if I bought them and I told him yea so why would he still send money???
either way they are real and sitting right next to me as I type this
kakorat has a pair
fontini has a pair
and this guy has a pair
there is at least 2 pairs for sale by different people becuase while I posted in kakorats thread fontini pm me selling a pair also and wanted 1500
I dont get it either kakorat posts sold in this thread and he sold me a set last week, enless he has 2 sets for sale this whole thing dosnt add up.I somehow got mine for 1k and I even threw him an extra 50 for selling them to me as fast as he did.He was great to work with and the sale went well.
enless he is making cloned kleemann headers and selling them under other names this all dosnt make sence.
and frontin55 pmed me selling a set and he is posting in this thread also.

Please let us know. Skratch's mention of clones is starting to gain some traction.

whats weird is he said he already paid for the kleemann shipping and all I have to do is send my ecu to them.He told me he would include the slip but I didnt see it,it might be somewhere in the box still.
Now I can see where efifty is coming from when he pmed me asking if I bought them because it looks like he was selling a pair to him also.

Someone should contact Cory and ask if Sergio has purchased several sets of headers from him. Based on what I've heard, Cory seems like a straight shooter and would tell the truth.

I was told the same thing regarding shipping my ECU. I haven't received mine yet, but I'll give y'all a full run down once I do. In AMG / Kakorat's defense, I called the post office and they did say that the end destination is my location, so I've been shipped something.

I was told the same on the ecu.
It doesn't make sense that Kleeman would give him such a discount that he could turn them for $1000. If that were the case we should of just called Cory and got the discount ourselves.

This may be a dumb question, but is there any way to tell the headers are authentic Kleemann headers? Product numbers somewhere, etc?

So based on my primitive math abilities, it looks like 3 people have bought and paid for this set, in addition to the ones bought in the other thread. Interesting..

It is a scam. I just received my "package" and all I got was a box full of packing materials and a stand for a TV. Skratch, can you help me contact Sergio?

If anyone has sellers phone number, or is sure of the state, contact the FBI in state where the transaction was initiated. I believe that is Illinois. This is Interstate fraud, and although getting Paypal to refund is a pain, this guy will likely get some time. The FBI will want email address, phone number, shipping info etc. I believe that for this $$ amount, they will pursue and prosecute. Sorry guys..

I would call them today.. since this crossed state lines, it is a big deal, regardless of actual loss. The fact that multiple individuals were scammed, I suspect the FBI would look into it.
Wire fraud, in the United States Code, is any criminally fraudulent activity that has been determined to have involved electronic communications of any kind, at any phase of the event. The involvement of electronic communications adds to the severity of the penalty, so that it is greater than the penalty for fraud that is otherwise identical except for the non-involvement of electronic communications. As in the case of mail fraud, the federal statute is often used as a basis for a separate, federal prosecution of what would otherwise have been a violation only of a state law.
The crime of wire fraud is codified at 18 U.S.C. § 1343, and reads as follows:
Whoever, having devised or intending to devise any scheme or artifice to defraud, or for obtaining money or property by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises, transmits or causes to be transmitted by means of wire, radio, or television communication in interstate or foreign commerce, any writings, signs, signals, pictures, or sounds for the purpose of executing such scheme or artifice, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both. If the violation affects a financial institution, such person shall be fined not more than $1,000,000 or imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both.
