This thread reminds me of this guy... Scammed me out of $1k in parts that were never delivered... He finally got caught. I think he is out of prison. I would not be at all surprised if it's the same guy... It's worth looking into. I actually worked with the investigator to shake the guy down. He knew Joe and had many run ins with him. It eventually lead to his conviction. I never got my money back from PP or Joe. This was when I stopped using paypal!

I actually did. I believe PayPal refunded me the money. I don't think it was from Sergio, but I was just glad to see the funds back in my account.
