You will receive everything in these pics, ceramic coating and will be priced at $2500 shipped to your door. I anticipate them been completed within 8 weeks per Chris at Floored Fab and will ship directly from his shop I also have the invoice showing paid in full that I can transfer to you. Check would be prefered to avoid $75 paypal fee

His "principle" is that it's been what...six months?

I'm usually one to sit back and be very patient when it comes to situations like this...but even I'm getting a little annoyed. I've got a stockpile of goodies sitting in my garage (heat exchanger, 180 pulley, a tune (that's not actually IN my garage) that are all waiting on these headers so I don't have to make multiple appt's for the installations.

I think I'm #11 on the list or so and I'm wondering if I'll see these things before summer is over.

Sigh.

Yeah, I can see why the principle behind it is so important but you may as well just install it when it's done. Just don't buy form them ever again. When the group buy came up, I didn't even think I would install headers in my car at the time. Well, I installed not only headers, but pulley, H/E, and tune as well. I also had the huge ordeal with the pulley problem which has now been solved and have been enjoying my car. All this has happened in my life and these people are still waiting for their headers to arrive....ouch!

I'm truely sorry that you guys have to wait that long. If I didn't have my headers I would ****** them up in a heart beat. These are truely great headers and they perform too. GLWS.

Looks like he got in at the end of the group buy around the beginning of February, so more like three months.

I think it is a shame that this group buy has turned out to be a negative experience for people. I know Chris personally and can say he is a very honest person and bends over backwards to make things right. If it was understood what circumstances Chris works under, expectations wouldn't have been such that 15 sets of headers would be turned around in a relatively short time. Ultimately it is those expectations combined with an unrealistic scenario that is causing this understandable frustration.

Good luck with the sale. If you decide to hold on, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Nah, mine are for sale and I will not change my mind. I did get in on the end but should have received them by now. $2500 is alot of money to hand over and see nothing for months.

When I have my E55 setup, it is going to be quick, the quickest in the South hopefully, and I will not promote any vendors and their products that have misled me in any way shape or form.

What do you mean by that? Is there something wrong with the headers? I have a friend who is extremely interested and would LOVE to buy a set especially if they're powder coated

Haven't gotten mine either but I think I'm 10th on the list. I did email Chris and he said that he was finishing up more sets this week then sending them to be coated the following week which will take another week. I was hoping to have mine by May 20th, going to the beach and driving the Benz but thats not looking good either.

You may have to weld in a couple bungs and end connector plates to the pipes. He left those unwelded so that the installer could have more flexibilty on the install. I believe the two stainless straight pipes in the pics above will come coated and but not ceramic coated as they are in the pics.

That is it.

It has been a little under four months so far, and I am surprised that people thought one person could get these done in such a short amount of time. I personally figured around 3 - 4 months, but obviously some of you are a lot more anxious to get yours installed. That said, I believe I am #9 on the list so I should be getting mine soon along with a few other people.

someone correct me if i'm wrong but just in case you guys did not know but making headers is not how Chris feeds his family. I believe the header business is more of a side business. If you wanted your headers sooner/faster then you probably should've gone with MBH. justsayin
