Rebirth of a thread....i totally forgot i had this pulley still. For the posts above, the prior owner said no wobble at all. Miles I don't know, but it looks great! The VRP pulley doesn't weigh any more than other pulleys that i know of but i'm not sure.

Make some offers guys...I want this gone.

What exactly does this pulley do if replacing the stock s55? More power? If so, do I need a coolant upgrade and is a tune a must?

PM me your email and i can send you some pictures. Just the VRP 175 pulley. As for measurements, i'm not sure...did VRP make a couple of the 175mm pulleys?

A lot more power over stock. Most guys around here will tell you that a tune is a must even on a stock car to extract the most power from your 55 motor. Cooling upgrades are great if you are going to do multiple runs on the highway or drag strip. If that's not your thing, then you aren't going to need to do a Johnson pump or heat exchanger upgrade, etc.

for what its worth, last year I bought a brand new VRP175 pulley for $250 from Shardul so you may want to lower your price or you may end up using it as a paper weight.

Good looking paperweight too!!! HAHA. Seriously though, Hammer, Shardul sold his a year ago for that price. Another member posted right below that that he sold his identical unit for $450. Shardul happens to be one of the nicest guys around here and sold his cheaper than any other pulley. I've had offers higher than $250, btw...
