I have a set of Kleemann headers removed from my friend's CLS63 that have about 3k miles on them. They include the high flow primary CATs from kleemann. The drivers side header rubbed the steering shaft on left turns when you applied more throttle, so he had the shop put a notch on the header and it doesn't rub anymore. These fit E63 and CLS63 as far as I know. They may fit other 63 models but you will have to check with Cory@kleemann. They don't make the much car louder. The "roar" is a bit louder when you get on it, but it maintains the stock sound when cruising.
