THE FOLLOWING PARTS ARE ALL SOLD. THANKS!

Parting out the engine from my 2003 S55 AMG. All parts from the longblock are available (no accessories) except the block and one piston which are bad due to wear from excessive piston slap. Engine was running fine prior to disassembly except for the piston slap noise. I have disassembled and inspected everything, and it all looks great. No abnormal wear, no pitting or rust, no damage. All the main engine parts are from a 2003 S55 with 92k miles. The oil pans and pump are from the replacement engine I purchased, which came from a 2004 E55 with 49k miles. In general, the engine parts will fit any M113K (2003-2008) including C55, CLK55, CLS55, E55, SL55, S55 (some specifics are listed below) -- but be sure to check fitment.

Crankshaft

In good shape. Normal wear for the mileage. Bluing of the crank seen in the pictures is from the factory heat treatment (they all look like that!). NOTE: Some time in 2003-2005 Mercedes changed the output flange bolt pattern on the crankshaft slightly. This crankshaft has the EARLY pattern, which has eight evenly spaced bolts. The later crank has the bolts “paired” with larger spacing between the pairs. According to the ETK, this crank will fit cars prior to engine code 60 046179. It WILL fit later cars, but will require a different flex plate for the transmission.
