The y pipe either oediscount parts or huskerparts. They seem to have the best prices. oediscount doesn't have shipping charges, but has a slightly higher price than husker. Husker seems to charge me a flat $11 to ship whatever I want, so if I'm ordering more stuff or if the price difference is more than that I go with them.

The snout will have to be converted over by a machine shop. You can either take the one on your car now to a place and have them do it or buy a new one and have them do a new one so you don't have any down time. Taking a 80mm snout and converting it is easier to do than your stock one also. Mercedes doesn't make a snout that is plug and play. Perhaps a vender or another member like shardul will make you and sell you just that one piece. One reason for the steep price on a TB kit is that it is ready to go and you don't have to do this step.

The thing is plug and play, but your computer will need to relearn the new TB. You also have to remove the supercharger to change out the snout. At that time I would also recommend changing out the supercharger fluid as it will be easy to pour all the old oil out once its off. You will also need a few gaskets b/c of this, but this doesn't amount to much money. A TB swap on the m113k motors isn't a simple pop a couple bolts on and off swap like most cars.

no problem that's what the forums are for. A true bolt on would be to get an 80mm TB, 80mm snout, and 80mm y pipe. You wouldn't have to machine the snout in this scenario, but the difference between your current TB and an 80mm is the same as between an 80mm and an 82mm. To me if you're going to go through the hassle of taking of the supercharger to do this upgrade, you may as well machine the snout and get more out of it.

I also forgot, if you go with the 82mm you will need to change out 1 o ring on the 80mm Y pipe, but a pack of 10 of these is only like $6.

Guys, I didn’t get the point regarding the wire harness, I’m planning to get TB 82mm from S550 A2731410325 to upgrade the TB on my CLS55, my question is there any wire harness can be used to connect S550 TB to my CLS55 directly (plug and play)? Can I use the original wire harness of my CLS55? Or I have to use the original wire harness of the S550? or both will not work and I have to modify the wire connectivity? please advise ....

the s550 TB is plug and play on the wiring. you only need to worry about repining the harness if you are buying a non-mercedes TB to put on there

So can anyone confirm that the A 273 141 03 25 82mm TB has the same bolt pattern, and plug and play for an M113K?

The bolt pattern does not match the m113k and is not plug and play there are several DIY threads explain ing how adapters can be used or you can weld on tabs to tap new mounting holes. If you google Mercedes 82mm TB you will find all you need to know.
