W219 CLS63 mufflers will fit a W211 E55
The CLS63 and the CLS55 mufflers are the same dimensions. I have the CLS55.
The one thing I'll never fully understand is how much naturally "louder" the CLS mufflers are one a CLS than on an E55.
Years ago, I was following a CLS55 on the freeway. He saw me coming and changed lanes and sped up. I heard his muffler tone with my windows closed and radio up. Coincidentally ran into him at a gas station. I asked him what he had and he said... "it's stock for now. But I was thinking of a ECU tune." Based on the looks of the car and his responses... he seemed that he was telling the truth.
