You bought a performance car with over 300 HP, and an extra 30 HP is too aggressive?

You meant to say NOT aggressive enough for your taste, right?
I have the unit and it only marginally improves the performance. I like it, but I wish Dinan makes another unit with fuel/timing/remaps etc... I like the fact that their unit is plug and play and I am not sending off my ECU.

I simply wanted larger gains and chose to go with the AMR tune instead.

two totally different products and tuning concepts. the AMR flash will generate much more power /torque than the Dinan sport unit which it should. Its also over 5X the cost. Once Dinan releases their Elite tuner with their warranty, I suspect the power numbers will be much more comparable and pricing will be similar to AMR flash as well.
Sport is just a way to add a bit more power to make everyday driving a little more spirited at a low cost. It does that function very well. I call it the "gateway drug"
The Dinanatronics does wake up the GLC43 and makes it very responsive in all modes. Though its only a boost controller, you definitely feel the power delivery in Race Mode with any dynamic selection.
