It’s (also) an EQB!
Took delivery yesterday of a 2023 EQB 350 - lots of good stuff to say, particularly with the comfort, quiet, ride height, and handling.
Upset: it did not come with heated seats and I have to speak with the dealer on Monday as the data card showed no delete and no MSRP offset - and I just missed it until I used the pre-climate warmup feature last night. I ordered them, had the Pinnacle and Premium package.
Also, the walnut trim is so minor an appointment in the door only it is hardly worth $325. I’d blow that off if you are thinking about it.
Also, the 120v charging cable is $250 and if you have a 220v charger installed at home I hardly see how you need it or will use it often enough to make that worthwhile.
the upside is the pre-climate feature really warms the cabin and in the end, I’m not sure that heated seats are worth it with the quality and efficiency of the pre-climate system. But, the heated steering wheel is really nice and that makes a difference in a good way as to comfort on cold days.
if anyone had an MSRP offset for not getting a feature, especially heated seats, please reply with your experience.

Outstanding!
re: heated seats. FWIW, they are not standard so there likely would not be a credit and instead would simply not be listed as a paid option on the data card and/or MSRP sticker. If they are listed as a paid option (option code 873, $500), and missing, that would truly be unfortunate.

The $250 cable is absurd. It came up standard on Netstar when we configured the car and my rep immediately deleted for a $250 credit. A month later when we got allocation and a PO, it showed the charger. Rep said that it was a mandatory option. I certainly wasn't going to argue about it but totally unnecessary since we have 2 240v charging stations in the garage. Glad you received it and looking forward to hearing reports. Don't expect mine before mid Sept at the earliest.

No heated seats is a bummer... For interior accessories eg to cover the black piano finish, you can check ebay/ Aliexpress as they have lots of options. They are all for Chinese GLB250, so you have to check if it matches to your model... MB cut the use of trim on the GLB/EQB dash/console in comparison to other models...

Instead, we had code U56 "Omission of charging cable for household socket." Don't know if we got lucky or something else changed.

For people with little kids
also, I wanted rear airbags and it solidly come with them. ?? I don’t get this whole “order the car thing the way you want it” and they give you what they want. It’s almost like France!
