I got a solar system producing around 7kw/h during the day (green line), but when I charge my car it draws around 10 kw/h (orange line - 3 from the grid) - is there any way to “throttle down” the wallbox to match the solar?
I already reduced it down to 6 amps in the menu but it is still “too fast”.
Also I would like to set a timer when to charge the car but it appears that neither the car nor the wall box have these features.
I believe the Mercedes App can set charge timing for the Mercedes brand Wallbox. Make sure it is updated or try downloading it if you don't already use it.
I think the way to set charge timing is setting the departure time and setting it to Eco mode? Haven’t tried it myself but it supposedly will wait to charge until it has to in order to meet the departure time charge requirement
